Online or in person, whatever suits you

Online
across Germany via video
- From home, while travelling or at the office, no commute
- No waiting room, nobody sees you come or go
- Research shows online psychotherapy can be comparably effective to in-person sessions for many concerns
- Encrypted, GDPR-compliant video sessions

In person in Cologne-Nippes
Mondays and Tuesdays, from December 2026
- Meeting face to face in the same room
- An hour in a calm space, away from everyday life
- Close to the Florastraße tram stop, with cafés and Lohsepark nearby
- December appointments are already being booked
Or a mix of both: for example, you start at the practice and continue online while travelling. We will talk about which format suits you in the first session.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a session cost?
Individual therapy costs €153 to €168 per session (50 minutes), counselling from €153, follow-up couples sessions (75 minutes) from €230. Flexapie is a private practice: for psychotherapy, private health insurance and Beihilfe usually reimburse the costs. With statutory insurance you pay yourself or, in certain cases, apply for reimbursement (Kostenerstattungsverfahren).
Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact me directly, no referral is needed.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both are possible: online via video across Germany, or from December 2026 on Mondays and Tuesdays at my practice in Cologne-Nippes. You can also switch between the two.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
As a private practice I am not tied to insurance quotas. Appointments are usually possible within a few days to a few weeks.
